Hello There…

If you’ve found this contact form then you must have something you want to talk to me about outside the regular nature of my blog. If you do have an inquiry about one of my posts or a general question regarding how to workout out at home, I will answer all of these from within the comments sections. I try to answer the majority of comments and questions, but with the schedule I lead someone will be unfortunately left out. I want to be fair to all my visitors, and since I don’t offer private training, I will not respond to general questions and concerns that will be better suited for their corresponding blog posts.

This form is more for the behind-the-scenes side of my blog where guest posts, and blogger friendships happen. If you think you’ve got a good idea for the blog, and you’re willing to write it, then let me know. Just send me a sample of your work and a brief bio and explanation of why you’re idea is a good fit.

Any questions specifically related to working out, or if you need help with a certain exercise, please leave them in the comment section in the blog.

Again, I’m trying to to be fair to all my readers. If I can’t personally answer your question, I’m sure another expert reader might be able to provide you with the key for lasting success.

I kind of feel bad about this, but please understand.
